There's something spectacular about looking out your hotel room on the river and seeing a massive cargo ship go by.
The walk along the river is lined with cobble stone, quaint shops, restaurants, and friendly southern folks.

Like the river area is not cool enough, there are heaps of squares throughout the city. While Craig was disappointed that the place where 90% of Forest Gump was filmed had been removed, I still cherished that square and all the others (he did too!). I took the next photo and absolutely love the framing, fountain, moss, and positioning of the strangers.
Something quaint and charming about a city with so much history! This portrait was of Hernando de Soto.

Lastly, the sunsets were unreal! I know it's something that happens every day but how often do we take the time to truly appreciate it? Usually a special occasion like a vacation...
We cherished it!
